Aqua is water. Aqua means water; sea or rain in Latin. Glyph means carving. Another definition for glyph is a symbol that conveys information non-verbally. Neat, huh? So, AquaGlyph is another term for carving on a wave, or surfing.
Who is AquaGlyph?
We are a small surf brand. To be clear, a core surf brand. Not a fishing brand or a golfing brand (not that there is anything wrong with that), but it’s not what we do.
AquaGlyph is surfer-owned & operated. And our team consists of surfers - from our graphic designer, photographer, shirt printer – this merch has been touched by surfers.
What is our mission?
Our mission is to create unique merchandise for surfers. Apparel & accessories that are not mass-produced and were created sustainably.
We will use our brand and platform to support our surf community, which includes surf events, helping young competitive surfers and local surf teams & clubs.
